JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Develop and manage end-to-end paid media strategies across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta
• (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, YouTube, and other relevant channels
• Plan, launch, optimist, and scale performance-driven campaigns focused on traffic, conversions, and revenue growth
• Manage advertising budgets and forecasts to achieve target ROAS, CPA, and revenue goals
• Drive paid traffic to e-commerce platforms (e.g. Shopify, marketplaces) and optimize for conversion performance
• Collaborate with e-commerce and web teams to improve landing pages, checkout flow, and user experience
• Support product launches, promotions, and seasonal sales through paid campaigns
• Analyst funnel performance from ad click to purchase, identifying drop-offs and optimization opportunities
• Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, platform dashboards, tracking pixels)
• Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, formats, and landing pages
• Prepare performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations
• Ensure accurate tracking, attribution, and data integrity across platforms
• Work closely with creative, content, CRM, and e-commerce teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution
• Provide guidance and mentoring to junior digital ads specialists where applicable
• Liaise with external agencies, vendors, and platform partners
• Stay up to date with digital advertising trends, platform updates, and privacy regulations
• Ensure compliance with brand guidelines, advertising policies, and data protection requirements
• Implement best practices to improve efficiency, scalability, and performance consistency

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred
• 1-3 years of experience in digital advertising or performance marketing
• Proven experience managing e-commerce-focused ad campaigns
• Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, marketplaces is required
• Advanced expertise in paid digital advertising platforms
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
• Proven ability to optimize campaigns for ROAS and conversion performance
• Deep understanding of e-commerce funnels and customer journeys
• Budget management and forecasting skills
• Strategic thinking with hands-on execution capability
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Record daily journal transactions accurately into the accounting system.
• Ensure every transaction is supported by valid and complete documentation.
• Perform monthly reconciliation of balance sheet accounts.
• Support the monthly closing process by ensuring all transactions have been properly recorded.
• Prepare account balances required for financial statement preparation.
• Record and reconcile inventory transactions (finished goods, raw materials, WIP, packaging).
• Input and verify financial data from all departments.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Manage and monitor business & operational licensing, including OSS RBA and outlet/store permits.
• Handle corporate legal administration such as AHU Online, deeds, company data changes, and reporting.

• Strong capability in drafting and reviewing standard contracts (vendor, supplier, KOL, marketing) independently.
• Basic understanding of employment law, including PKWT/PKWTT, warning letters (SP), and investigation reports.
• Experienced in corporate legal administration and compliance, preferably within FMCG, retail, beauty (skincare/perfume), or related industries.
• Detail-oriented, communicative, adaptive, highly organized, and able to multitask with strong integrity.
• Candidates from beauty/skincare/perfume, FMCG, retail, distributor consumer goods, or notary/legal administration backgrounds transitioning to in-house are preferred.
• PERADI license is a plus.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision and manage priorities effectively.
• Main focus on compliance, licensing, corporate legal administration, and standard contracts, with industrial relations as a supporting function.

• High mobility to visit many stores in a large area scale
• Able to use Microsoft Excel

• Have experience in Beauty Care/Perfume Industry
