JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Develop and manage end-to-end paid media strategies across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta
  • (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, YouTube, and other relevant channels
  • Plan, launch, optimist, and scale performance-driven campaigns focused on traffic, conversions, and revenue growth

FINANCE, ACCOUNTING & TAX - SENIOR ACCOUNTING & INVENTORY

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Record daily journal transactions accurately into the accounting system.
  • Ensure every transaction is supported by valid and complete documentation.
  • Perform monthly reconciliation of balance sheet accounts.
  • Support the monthly closing process by ensuring all transactions have been properly recorded.
  • Prepare account balances required for financial statement preparation.
  • Record and reconcile inventory transactions (finished goods, raw materials, WIP, packaging).
  • Input and verify financial data from all departments.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

  • Ensure company compliance with applicable regulations and legal requirements.
  • Manage and monitor business & operational licensing, including OSS RBA and outlet/store permits.
  • Handle corporate legal administration such as AHU Online, deeds, company data changes, and reporting.
  • Manage BPOM notification processes for cosmetic and perfume products.
  • Support Halal BPJPH certification processes, including documentation and basic procedures.
  • Draft, review, and standardize contracts independently, including vendor/supplier, KOL/endorsement, and marketing/partnership agreements.
  • Maintain and organize legal & compliance documentation databases systematically.
  • Provide internal teams with basic legal compliance and risk advisory.
  • Coordinate independently with external parties such as notaries, regulators, and related institutions. 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Law.
  • 3–5 years of experience as a Legal Officer or Compliance Officer.
  • Hands-on experience with OSS RBA, AHU Online, BPOM, and basic Halal BPJPH processes.
